Before the Israelites entered into the Promised Land, they were told it would be a land flowing with milk and honey. The Lord gave them the promise that it would be a good land, but He never said it would be easy taking the land. In fact, He said the Promised Land would be a land of hills AND valleys. There would be good times, hills, and there also would be low times, or valleys.

Jesus said we would have the same thing today. In John 16:33 He said, “In this world you will have trouble and tribulation, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”

We have had ups and downs and many trying times, but we’ve also had MANY victories in Christ! We have made up our minds and determined in our hearts that we will follow Him and serve the Lord all the days of our lives. No matter what comes, we are Never Giving Up!
