Be the Church

Recently, while we were heading out for some visitation and ministry on a Sunday morning, I told Angela, ‘we’re not GOING to church, we’re going to BE the church.’ Church attendance and fellowship is so vital, but it’s also important to meet people in their time and place of need. That’s what Jesus did.

We then visited several who were in physical therapy and in the hospital. As we walked into a hospital room, one woman said, “Have you been to church? I said, yes ma’am, we’ve been the church.
